The Warren County Balanced Housing Corporation (WCBHC) was created to provide homeownership opportunities to low-and moderate-income persons within Warren County, Ohio. Our main purpose here at WCBHC is to make the home-buying experience, which is often a fleeting dream for many lower-income families, a pleasant reality... to achieve the "American Dream" of homeownership!

We do that by providing the resources that make it possible for lower-income persons to buy homes of their own. From education and counseling, to finance sources, to down payment assistance - it's a "one-stop shop" for those desiring to purchase a home.

WCHBC is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization. Our funding is provided primarily by foundations, trusts and various government grant sources. We at WCBHC are constantly looking for new ideas and better ways to accomplish our goal of placing every family in a home of their own. As the only such organization in Warren County, we believe that we are making a positive contribution to our families, our communities, and the nation.
