The NSP Program houses are homes that were HUD/Bank owned, purchased and rehabbed by WCBHC and then offered to eligible households for sale.

In order to participate in this program, a family must be within 120% of area median income. For example, the income for a family of four cannot exceed $83,400. The family must also live or work in Warren County, complete a Homebuyer Education class, and qualify for appropriate mortgage financing.
